Payment for deductibles, co-payments, and any expenses not covered by your insurance plan is expected before services are rendered. We accept personal checks and credit cards as valid payment methods. You may submit payment by phone before your procedure or during check-in at CSA. You may receive separate bills from the physician, anesthesia, pathology, or facility.

Following your discharge, you’ll receive a mailed statement for any remaining balance after your insurance carrier has completed claim processing. Payment becomes due immediately upon receipt and can be submitted via personal check or credit card.

CareCredit Credit Card
The CareCredit credit card is available at our facility to help finance your healthcare preferences or requirements. This card can cover out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles and copays that fall outside insurance coverage.
